New Genius Touch MAP updated version of Kess v2

KESS V2 got error "Connections not established" when I prepare to install ksuite, shown as follows.

Possible reason:
1) Computer system is incompatible
2) Network connection
3) Software file is destroyed, need to reinstall.
Solution:
  • Computer system requirement (OS): Better install ksuite on windows XP 32bit, we supply the perfect version for you at:
Why the user is supposed to install ksuite on XP pro, take kess v2 fw4.036 for example, before install it, you need to install Microsoft C++2005, if you change other XP system, C++ may be not 2015 version and lead ksuite fw4.036 not successfully installed.
Some user tested ksuite okay on Win 7 32bit, download at:
2) Network connection: Do not connect to the network connection, otherwise ksuite may be locked.
3) Reinstall ksuite (Please note: in the CD, there are one video demo for instruction)
Installation procedure:
1)open ksuite.sfx in the CD

2) open "Driver_USBDEVICEDRV..." and install USBDEVICEDRV

3) Cut Ksuite folder in C:\disk (Now we call it old Ksuite folder)

4) Delete Ksuite.exe

5) Paste Ksuite folder to desktop

6) Download K-tag setup installation software to laptop, and run it, it will generate another "Ksuite"  folder on Disk C, we call it new Ksuita folder)

7) Delete "K-tag setup installation software" and "Setup" icon on the desktop
kess connection not established-08
8) Right click "K-suite" icon on the desktop and click "Find Target" to open new Ksuite folder.

9) Copy all files in old Ksuite folder and Paste them all to the new Ksuite folder in C:\ Ksuite.

Why Ktag / Kess checksums error and how to prevent it happens

Some users feedback they have a same problem with Ktag and/or Kess v2 Master checksums error eg. the units will not calculate checksums when loading files. And this error happens on both Chinese clone Ktag/Kess and EU clone ones.
Then why Ktag / Kess checksums error and how to prevent it happens?
At first, I also have this error, but finally I find out the reason, and I hope I share here to help others.
Let's go!
According to this ECU, you must do a full read and then straight after that you must do a full write. After you've done that, the ECU is open for you to load your tunes based on partial reads and writes. The reason for the full read and full write is that it takes off the tuning protection on the ECU.
I did a full read a month ago, and only did a full write a week ago. Whenever I tried to write the tune file, the ECU would be bricked and come back with a checksum error after the write. So the secret is to do the write directly after the read. I did this with a FGTECH V54 but the process is the same for Kess. I now write my custom tunes with Kess to the ECU, and KSuite corrects the checksums for the partial writes.
The process is different for other ECUs I'd imagine.
